what we do

  • We will methodically and carefully review your books to identify issues, concerns, and/or other items that may need to be addressed.

    At the end of the review, we will generate a report of our findings and recommendations.

    You can choose to take care of them yourself or engage us to take care of them for you.

  • Perhaps you are behind in keeping up with transactions. Maybe you are not set up with QuickBooks yet. Or, maybe your transactions have been entered but you're behind on reconciliations and reporting. Whatever the case may be, we can help bring your books up to date.

  • Small business books are notorious for being a bit…messy. We are the type of friends who don’t mind the mess. In fact, we embrace the challenge of the mess. Let us get your books cleaned up and put in order so that your business can move forward efficiently.

  • If numbers just aren’t your thing, we get it and we can do the heavy lifting for you.

    We are able to input vendor invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and issue payments for those that are due. In addition, we can record sales invoices while tracking customer payments and amounts due on time.

    We will enter bank statement transactions and reconcile the accounts at the end of each month.

    Once all bank statements, credit cards, loans, and other accounts are entered and reconciled, we will generate monthly financial statements and review with you how the business is operating.

  • We will address all of the issues or concerns discovered in the Diagnostic and get them sorted out. We will also work with you to set up a system to stay up to date and worry free moving forward.
